Acoustic Canvas Studios provides professional audio recording, mixing, mastering, and audio restoration services. These services are available to musicians, bands, producers, and other creative professionals seeking high-quality audio production. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services.
Fees for our Services are outlined in our price list, which is available upon request and may be subject to change without notice. Payment terms are as follows:
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. Projects exceeding the initial estimated time may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
The intellectual property rights in the audio recordings produced by Acoustic Canvas Studios belong to you, the client, upon full payment for the Services. However, Acoustic Canvas Studios retains the right to use excerpts of the audio recordings for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Acoustic Canvas Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Nashville, Tennessee. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Acoustic Canvas Studios may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing to use the Services and notifying us in writing.
Acoustic Canvas Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website, and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Acoustic Canvas Studios with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Acoustic Canvas Studios.
